Terms of Use

Live Wallpapers Unlimited is an iOS app published by Potato Powered Games Ltd. By downloading or using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Live Wallpapers Unlimited and to set the wallpapers you download as the background on devices you own. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or sublicense wallpapers, whether individually or as a collection
• use wallpapers in another app, product, or commercial work
• extract wallpapers in bulk, scrape the app's servers, or attempt to bypass the subscription
• reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app

Wallpapers stay ours (or our licensors'). Your subscription buys access, not ownership.

Premium wallpapers require an auto-renewing subscription, sold in the app as a weekly or yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price shown in the app at the time.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you're already in. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Saving a wallpaper writes it to your photo library. The app asks for add-only access, so it can add photos but can never read the ones already there. Once a wallpaper is saved it is a normal photo on your device and we have no further control over it.

The wallpaper catalogue changes over time. We may add, alter, or remove wallpapers, collections, and features without notice, and we don't guarantee that any particular wallpaper stays available. If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, email us at support@livewallpapers.app and we'll remove it if the claim checks out.

The app is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you breach these terms — most obviously by redistributing wallpapers or attempting to bypass the subscription.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version. The date at the top always reflects the current one.
